Public Business Plans

from companies with nothing to hide.

Inside-Out!

“All decisions will be made in the best interest of the share-holders, with equal consideration for the consumers of our product/service, employees of our organization, and the environment.”   ~ the way corporate policy should read.

Corporations are under fire. On one hand, we want products and services available at a reasonable cost…and on the other, we want controls in place to prevent abuse. Controls are necessary for success of all economic systems, but who shall have control? The lawyers? The government? The answer is both.

Current Corporate legal framework protects owners (share holders), not customers. It is also common knowledge that publicly traded companies measure all decisions with regard to the best interests of the share holders. In this environment, if a consumer is harmed because a decision was made to protect shareholders, the victim would be required to sue the corporation for damages. This is costly, and often too burdensome on an individual who is to be positioned against a big gun corporate lawyer.

Laws that govern business are legislated by local, state, and the federal government. Lobbyists influence politicians to make decisions that are not in the best interest of the public. This common activity depletes the effectiveness of government in their role as corporate watchdog

All of the people caught up in this system aren’t really to blame. People around the world have different notions of truth, honesty, and fairness. Our demise has come in failing to recognize and abolish the subversive legal underpinnings that allow this activity to flourish in our country.

Whether Capitalism, Socialism, Communism, or Anarchism, a society’s principal economic structure must have controls in order to run effectively. In America, the integrity of our people has decayed to a level below what is required to run an honorable capitalist society under the current legal structure of a corporation.

What do we really know about the companies we support with our purchases? Only what they want us to know! All smiley white teeth on the outside, dripping lust and greed on the inside. Their greatest degree of service to the shareholder is no longer by providing valuable products and services, but by controlling the laws…the markets…the consumer.

TOGETHER WE CAN turn the tide. Until protection for the consumer is incorporated into the structure of corporate law, we must be more vigilant in working with organizations that are willing to voluntarily behave in accordance with a plan of integrity.

This site is dedicated to providing a platform for discussion and re-genesis of the corporate structure in order to combine global social ideologies into time-proven capitalist business policies. Here’s how we intend to do that:

  • We provide a means for offering a legally binding “public business plan” that is more than a marketing facade. Participants voluntarily enter into a contract with the public, guaranteeing that the public business plan is a valid representation of all material facets of the organization’s complete business plan.
  •  The PBP contract adds a provision that every employee and person purchasing a product becomes a de-facto shareholder of the corporation, thereby entitled to equal consideration in policy decisions as actual shareholders.
  • We attract attention to the root of the problem (in order to provide a legal alternative) which is the lack of an integral system of reliable controls.
  • We facilitate the creation of a new “co-op” standard in corporate law and attract businesses to voluntarily reorganize upon that foundation.
  • We establish laws that require all businesses that file bankruptcy be reorganized under the new co-op structure.
  • We work to abolish the old corporate system as an outdated entity.

Thank you for taking time to read and reply. This is the beginning of an idea that will bring the current economic chaos back to order. Your input is valuable and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
